Raise Ring: rehearse your raise ask against 10 Claude bosses before the real one

Ask one AI if your raise pitch is good and it tends to say it's perfect. This free skill puts your exact words in the ring instead: 3 rounds against the pushbacks almost every boss uses, then 10 different bosses vote YES, NOT NOW or NO. You get the pushback that knocked you out, the one sentence to change, a rematch with the same 10 bosses and a 30-second script.

How the ring works

Your pitch goes 3 rounds against "no budget", "not now" and "why you and not everyone". Then the same pitch is heard by 10 different bosses, from the one who likes you but has a fixed budget to the HR partner checking pay bands and the founder watching cash. Each votes YES, NOT NOW or NO without seeing the others.

3 rounds: each pushback, what your words answer, HOLDS or KNOCKED DOWN.
10 bosses: one line each, then the vote.
The verdict: the pushback that knocked you out and the one sentence to change (old vs new).
The rematch: the same 10 bosses hear the new version, both tallies side by side.
A 30-second script, and the question that turns "not now" into a date.

Tip: In our test a marketing coordinator asking $52k → $60k got YES 0 · NOT NOW 3 · NO 7. The pitch said "I've been working really hard" and never mentioned growing the newsletter from 4,000 to 9,500 subscribers. One new sentence: YES 3, NO 1. It never invents salary data or fake offers: it tells you which numbers to go find.
